For short-term recovery programs, we offer specialized 5 or 10-session packages including Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber, Cold Plunge, Sauna, Red Light Therapy, or Hyperice Tools therapies. These packages are designed to boost recovery, reduce inflammation, and improve overall wellness
*When scheduling a sauna and cold plunge session consecutively, we kindly request that you shower before entering the cold plunge to ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests.
